Cut a 3 inch strips of feather fringe. Attach the ends of a 4 inch chain to each side. Fold the feather strips and cut a semi-circle. Clean up any edges. Bring the two chain ends together and sew the cloth covering together.

Punch and secure studs into cloth. Large pyramid in the middle of two mini pyramids. Attach fishhook to the end of your chain.
